What Does Qapera - Paraşüt Integration Offer?

With the Paraşüt - Qapera integration, you can automatically transfer all products, customers, categories, and inventory levels from your Paraşüt account. You can create production with recipes on Qapera and track stock movements (raw materials, products) resulting from production both on Qapera and by having these stock movements automatically recorded in your Paraşüt account. You can easily transfer the orders produced in Qapera to Paraşüt and initiate your invoicing processes. All supplier invoices received in Paraşüt will also appear in Qapera simultaneously. You need to match these invoices with your stock cards once. After that, products from invoices from the same supplier will automatically match with Qapera's stock, eliminating the hassle of manual invoice entry.

How to Integrate Qapera with Paraşüt

If you have a store in Paraşüt, you can follow these steps to access the necessary information for integration:

Installation Steps

Step 1: Click on the “Settings” section in the left menu of Qapera. Select the “Locations” tab. In the panel on the right, you will see your stores. Click the integration button on the row of the store you want to integrate with Paraşüt. In the menu that appears, click on the “Accounting” tab at the top. Click the “Connect” button for Paraşüt. Enter your Paraşüt username and password in the window that opens. After this process, Qapera will be integrated with Paraşüt.

Step 2: Invoices accepted by Paraşüt will be visible in Qapera.
