How To Integrate Qapera & Lingaros

If you have a store in Qapera, follow the steps below to access the necessary information for integration.

Installation Steps

Step 1: In your Lingaros account, click on the Developer API Key from the settings at the bottom left and get the API key.

Step 2: Log in to your Qapera account at https://app.qapera.com/login. After logging in, click on the settings tab from the last menu and then click on the locations tab.

Step 3: Select the store you want to integrate.

Step 4: Paste the API key code you got from Lingaros into the API Key field. Write the store name in the User Id field and click save.

Step 5: After the integration is done, click on Location, Category, and Products sections once to pull the data from Linga to Qapera. Additionally, import at least one day’s past reports. We recommend importing data from the last month (this step is not mandatory).

Step 6: When Qapera integrates with Lingaros, it will bring the stores registered in Lingaros to the locations page and assign a unique location ID code to each store. Copy this location code.

Step 7: Go to the Lingaros main panel and paste it into the Value field under Web Hooks in the settings section. Write (Store) in the X-API Key field.

Add this link to the Close Order Web Hooks section:Qapera Web Hooks. You must perform this operation for each store. Each location in Qapera must be matched with each store in Lingaros.

After this operation, the integration process is completed.

Step 8: Under Inventory – Menu items in Qapera’s left menu, all your sales products defined in Lingaros will appear. Any new menu items, price changes, or product sales in Lingaros will be reflected in Qapera in real-time. When you create the recipes for the menu items transferred to Qapera, the quantities in the recipes will be deducted from your stocks each time a product is sold.
