All supplier invoices coming to Bizim Hesap will also come to Qapera at the same time. You should match these invoices once with your stock cards, and then the products on invoices from the same supplier will automatically match with Qapera stocks. This will eliminate the hassle of invoice entry.

How to Integrate Qapera & Bizim Hesap?

If you have a store in Qapera, you can access the information required for integration with the following steps.

Step 1: Click on your account name in the top right menu in your account with us. Select the tab of the account and copy the Api Key code in the centre of the screen.

Step 2: Log in to your Qapera account. https://app.qapera.com/login After logging in, click the settings tab from the last menu and click the integrations tab from the window that opens.

Step 3: Select Bizim Hesap and click on connect button. In the window that opens, paste the api key taken from Bizim Hesap in step 1 and click the save button. After this process, Qapera and Bizim Hesap are integrated.

Step 4: You can send all the products that you produce and send to your customer through Qapera to Bizim Hesap by clicking the invoice button.

Step 5: The products sent from Qapera to Bizim Hesap are listed in Bizim Hesap sales tab and are ready for invoicing.
