The Adisyo & Qapera integration is free. Qapera users can use Adisyo for 7,150 TL + VAT annually without any additional fees and benefit from Qapera integration. Additionally, you can try Adisyo for free for 14 days before purchasing.
Qapera & Adisyo Integration Process
If you have a store in Qapera, you can access the necessary information for integration with the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the 3-line icon at the top left of your Adisyo account. Click on “Integrations” at the bottom of the menu that appears.
Step 2: Open “Web Mobile Integration” from the opened applications page and copy the Adisyon integration API codes.
Step 3: Log in to your Qapera account at https://app.qapera.com/login . After logging in, click on the “Settings” tab from the last menu and then click on the “Integrations” tab in the window that opens.
Step 4: Click on the connect button for Adisyo. Paste the API key obtained from Adisyo into sections 1 and 2 in the opened window. Write “QAPERA” in the section labeled “X-API-CONSUMER” in section 3, then click the save button. After this process, Qapera will be integrated with Adisyo.
Step 5: Update categories, products, and sales from the opened window. When you do this, all categories, products, and sales within the selected date range that you opened in Adisyo will be transferred to Qapera.
Step 6: Under the Inventory – Menu Items section in the left menu of Qapera, all sales items defined in Adisyo will appear. Any new menu items opened in Adisyo, price changes, product sales, and similar actions will be instantly reflected in Qapera. When you create recipes for menu items transferred to Qapera, the quantities in the recipe content will be deducted from your stocks each time the product is sold.
